Job summary

Bright Horizons Kirkby is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, develop and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child in our Kirkby nursery. You’ll foster a safe, stimulating environment that encourages self-expression and a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification, passion for inclusive learning, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a love of learning.
• Support development toward key milestones and reflect on outcomes with the team.
