Shooting Stars is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join our leadership team at Tettenhall. You will support daily operations, lead across rooms, uphold high standards of care and education, and act as Designated Officer in Charge in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Minimum two years' post-qualification Early Years experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience within a nursery setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership and operational management of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate and develop colleagues across all age groups.
• Drive high-quality EYFS practice and continuous improvement.
• Support safeguarding, compliance and health and safety standards.
• Coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and external professionals.
• Support recruitment, inductions, training and staff development.
• Support occupancy growth and help showcase the nursery to prospective families.
