Job summary

Shooting Stars Nurseries in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our leadership team. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support daily operations, lead staff across rooms, uphold high standards of care and education, and act as Designated Officer in Charge in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Minimum two years' post-qualification Early Years experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience within a nursery setting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership and operational management of the nursery.
• Lead, motivate and develop colleagues across all age groups.
• Drive high-quality EYFS practice and continuous improvement.
