Job summary

The Morley Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational and committed Cover Supervisor to support students' learning by supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging and motivating young people, and will maintain high standards of behaviour while contributing to the wider life of the Academy. Start date to be agreed with the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics.
• Experience of working with young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Calm, flexible and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom supervision in short-term absence of teaching staff.
