Garforth Academy is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our academy on a permanent, part-time basis. The role involves supervising pupil learning, responding to questions, and maintaining classroom behaviour while supporting teaching staff.

The successful candidate should be ICT literate and comfortable using various software packages. This is a key role to help run the academy day-to-day and contribute to student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Provide supervision of pupil learning and respond to questions.
• Assist students to undertake set activities and uphold standards of behaviour.
• Be ICT literate and competent in using a variety of software packages.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and classroom staff to provide general support for departments.
• Contribute to day-to-day running of the academy and cover needs as required.
