Birch Wood School in Melton Mowbray is seeking a Part-time Class Teacher (0.6 FTE) on a fixed-term basis until August 2027. The role requires a degree with Qualified Teacher Status and teaching experience in the relevant age range. You will plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences, and support blended learning where appropriate.

The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and capable of working collaboratively with a strong team to support our pupils across a 4-19 spectrum.

Qualificações

• Degree at minimum with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching the relevant age range for the role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the curriculum appropriate to the age/ability group you teach.
• Prepare and develop teaching materials, programmes and pastoral arrangements.
• Be accountable for attainment, progress and outcomes of pupils.
• Differentiate instruction to build on pupils' prior knowledge and learning.
