Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level with passes including English and maths at Grade C or above.
• Experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs is advantageous.
• Ability to interact effectively with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support children at various development stages and with emotional/behavioural needs.
• Work under the SENCo or lead teacher to support learning and well-being.
• Engage with pupils to help them achieve their best and maintain high standards.
