The Midland in Morecambe, part of the Inn Collection Group, is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and uphold our high standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef to showcase fresh, quality ingredients and drive consistency across all kitchen areas.

You will manage a skilled team, contribute to menu development and costing, and take charge in the Head Chef’s absence while ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee stock control and ordering from nominated suppliers.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety.
• Cover Head Chef in their absence and support daily operations.
