Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to conduct site-based inspections across the group, delivering objective assessments of compliance against internal quality frameworks.

The role reports to the Head of Regulation and Compliance and collaborates with Quality Improvement Leads and operational teams to drive meaningful improvements and ensure inspection readiness. The postholder will generate evidence-based reports, provide constructive feedback to Home Managers and Area Directors,

Qualifications

• Experience leading internal quality inspections across multiple sites.
• Ability to apply regulatory methodologies and rating descriptors.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a planned programme of internal quality inspections across HC-One homes.
• Assess quality, safety of care, leadership, governance and resident experience.
• Apply consistent ratings and evidence-based judgements.
• Produce clear, well-structured inspection reports with improvement recommendations.
• Provide constructive feedback to Home Managers and Area Directors.
• Monitor progress of improvement actions and escalation when needed.
• Support framework maintenance and updates in line with regulatory changes.
