G2 Legal Limited in London is seeking an ambitious Insolvency Solicitor to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. The role offers exposure to high-value insolvency matters and a collaborative, client-focused environment.

You will manage a varied caseload, handle High Court and County Court insolvency litigation, and advise on bankruptcy and restructuring disputes, with mentoring from senior practitioners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in insolvency and restructuring law.
• Strong experience in contentious insolvency.
• Previous High Court litigation experience.
• Excellent drafting and advocacy support skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management ability.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of contentious insolvency matters.
• High Court and County Court insolvency litigation.
• Advising on bankruptcy, corporate insolvency and restructuring-related disputes.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, witness evidence and settlement documentation.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees.

A leading UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Insolvency Solicitor to join its highly regarded Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to develop their career within a respected insolvency and restructuring practice that advises on a broad range of high-value, complex and often high-profile insolvency matters.

The Opportunity

You'll work alongside recognised insolvency specialists on a varied caseload, advising insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, businesses and other stakeholders on contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.

The team has an outstanding reputation for handling complex disputes, fraud-related claims and office-holder litigation, providing exposure to challenging, intellectually stimulating work from day one.

The Role
