Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with 4-6 years PQE to focus on contentious insolvency matters within a reputable firm. The role involves handling High Court and County Court disputes, drafting documents, and supporting a busy partner team.

You will interact with clients, manage expectations, and develop a personal caseload on increasingly complex matters, contributing to ongoing growth and success in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of UK Solicitor experience in Contentious insolvency matters.
• Strong understanding of High Court and County Court insolvency disputes.
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle High Court and County Court insolvency litigation, including mediation.
• Drafting documents and managing the dispute resolution process.

Responsibilities for this Insolvency Litigation Solicitor role:

• High Court and County Court insolvency litigation as well as mediation and other forms of dispute resolution
• Drafting documents
• Assisting in managing the dispute resolution process
• Be able to interact with clients, managing their expectations and meeting deadlines
• Provide support to the partner and support to the other fee-earners within the team
• Be able to work on more complex matters and generate your own caseload

Person specification for this Insolvency Litigation Solicitor role:

• 4-6 years as a Solicitor, in the UK specialising in Contentious Insolvency matters
• Academic background with 2:1 at degree level or equivalent
• Highly focused
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
