Law Staff in London seeks an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor (4–6 years PQE) specialising in contentious insolvency matters. The role offers exposure to High Court and County Court disputes, drafting, and client-facing responsibilities within a collaborative environment.

You will support partners, manage deadlines, and potentially develop your own caseload across complex matters while contributing to a growing team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years as a Solicitor in the UK specialising in Contentious Insolvency.
• Academic background with a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
• Highly focused with strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• High Court and County Court insolvency litigation and mediation.
• Drafting documents for contentious matters.
• Assisting in managing the dispute resolution process.
• Interacting with clients, managing expectations and deadlines.

Responsibilities for this Insolvency Litigation Solicitor role:

• High Court and County Court insolvency litigation as well as mediation and other forms of dispute resolution
• Drafting documents
• Assisting in managing the dispute resolution process
• Be able to interact with clients, managing their expectations and meeting deadlines
• Provide support to the partner and support to the other fee-earners within the team
• Be able to work on more complex matters and generate your own caseload
