QinetiQ Limited in Farnborough is seeking an Insights & Reporting Manager to deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights across UK and global markets. You will develop reporting frameworks, analyze data for trends, and create dashboards for stakeholders, including exploring AI-enabled tools to improve capabilities.

Role entails improving CRM data integrity, driving automation, and acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience delivering reporting frameworks and KPI metrics.
• Experience with CRM platforms to maintain data integrity.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of reporting and BI to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Design reporting frameworks translating data into meaningful performance metrics for leadership.
• Maximise CRM value through opportunities and pipeline management.
• Ensure CRM data integrity through governance and accurate forecasting.
• Drive automation and AI enhancements in reporting and analytics.
• Advise stakeholders across Growth, Opportunity Management and Delivery.
