Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Data and Insights Driven Solutions Lead to correlate data, analysis and client insights into efficient cloud infrastructure services. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and translate data into compelling client proposals across cloud, cyber security and service management.

The role emphasizes ESOAR-based improvement, cost analysis and automation, with hybrid working across offices, client sites and home locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrated experience in data and insights-led solution design, solution architecture, or a related role within IT services, outsourcing or infrastructure services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and senior teams and manage stakeholders at a senior level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead insight-driven solutions across multiple business units and manage senior internal stakeholders.
• Collate, interrogate and translate operational service data into actionable cost and efficiency insights.
• Apply structured improvement methodologies (ESOAR, Lean, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste and automate repeatable tasks.
• Capture client requirements and translate them into deliverable, commercially viable solutions.
• Develop data-led client narratives and compelling business cases with financial analytics.
