Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking a Senior Solution Director within the ADM Centre of Excellence. The role shapes and leads complex Managed Service solutions to enable client transformation, growth, and measurable outcomes, covering opportunity shaping through to contract signature.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, lead solution workstreams, and develop differentiated propositions leveraging AI, data, agile methodologies, cloud and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage and influence CxO-level stakeholders.
• Extensive experience designing and leading complex Managed Service solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial modelling ability.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Strategic thinker with executive presence and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage client engagement and opportunity shaping.
• Design complex Managed Service solutions across AI, cloud, automation, and service operations.
• Develop value propositions, business cases, proposals and commercial strategies.
• Present complex solutions to senior IT leaders and executives.
• Collaborate with Market Units, Sales, Delivery, Industry Teams and strategic partners.
