Job summary

Berkmann are offering an apprenticeship in Insights within the combined Insights and Sales Operations team. You will support data analysis, business intelligence and clear communication of insights across the business.

Initially 37.5 hours weekly, in-office with future home-based days; benefits include 25 days leave, pension, staff discount on wine, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay. You’ll learn to manage datasets and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in drinks, hospitality, retail or FMCG sectors.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• BI & insights: deliver clear data-driven insights.
• Communication and stakeholder engagement with internal/external partners.
• Data management and system maintenance to support reporting.
