Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using large relational databases and analysis packages.
• Developed advanced statistical models, reports and dashboards.
• Influenced stakeholders with insight-led, data-driven decisions.
• Background in analysis, statistics and data-driven decision making.
• Strong SQL skills to query, manipulate and validate data in large databases.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platform.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear information for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative, service-focused approach and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely reporting and analysis to support teams across the organisation.
• Interpret analytical findings and communicate clear insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Work with teams to understand strategies, plans and needs for effective reporting.
• Develop and maintain data models to improve forecasting, LTV and propensity to give.
• Identify and use appropriate techniques/software for clear analytical communication.
• Build relationships with fundraising teams to support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Digital and Supporter Experience to integrate online and offline reporting.
• Develop data selections tooling with stakeholders, ensuring insight, testing and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and improve core Snowflake tables, views and packages.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by the BI Manager.
