Job summary

Alzheimer’s Research UK is seeking a BI Analyst to provide accurate reporting and bespoke analysis across Partnerships, Fundraising, and Finance. You will build data models, leverage Power BI and Snowflake, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

The role sits in the Business Intelligence team as part of a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid working pattern requiring 2 days in the Cambridge office and flexible remote work. The salary is Circa £42,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience using large relational databases and analysis packages.
• Experience developing advanced statistical models, reports and dashboards.
• Experience influencing stakeholders with insight-led, data-driven approach.
• Background in analysis, statistical methods and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely reporting and analysis to support teams across the organisation.
• Interpret analytical findings and communicate clear insights and evidence-based recommendations.
• Work with teams to understand strategies and needs to ensure effective reporting.
• Develop and maintain a suite of data models to improve forecasting and LTV insights.
• Identify and use appropriate techniques/software to communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with fundraising teams to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Digital and Supporter Experience to integrate online/offline reporting.
• Support improvements to core tables, views and packages in Snowflake.
