Job summary

Circana in Bracknell is seeking an Insight Manager to lead client partnerships on a portfolio of accounts. You will drive revenue growth by applying Circana insights and solutions, delivering proactive strategic guidance and measurable value to clients.

The role requires autonomy, strong problem solving, and excellent stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, present findings, and manage client expectations while traveling monthly to client sites and occasional visits

Qualifications

• Experience applying market measurement data and shopper insights.
• Able to work remotely and onsite with diverse teams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and upsell Circana solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyze, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
• Act as a business consultant to drive engagement with Circana solutions.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day client issues.
• Update business performance metrics and financial reporting.
• Develop and deploy Circana technology capabilities to clients.
• Travel monthly to client offices and Circana Bracknell.
