Circana is seeking a Senior Insight Manager for the Beauty team to manage a portfolio of client relationships, delivering insights that grow the client’s business. The role requires autonomy, proactive problem-solving and the ability to travel to client sites and Circana’s Bracknell head office roughly once a month.

• Coordinate, execute, analyze and present findings from client insight projects with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Account Director to create client workshops based on briefs and market insights.
• Identify key business drivers by cutting through data to highlight what matters for the client.
• Articulate Circana’s full range of services and demonstrate business value.
• Act as a business consultant leveraging Circana solutions to drive growth and efficiencies.
• Manage day-to-day client finances and contracts.
• Drive client engagement across functions with strategic engagement plans.
• Deliver thought leadership and value through analysis and recommendations.
• Build deep knowledge of client priorities and linking to Circana topics.
• Develop strategic relationships with top client contacts to uncover growth opportunities.
• Meet revenue targets for the client portfolio and pursue new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.
