Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Insight Manager to drive client growth and revenue through data-driven insights for the CPG category team. Lead strategic relationships, translate analytics into actions, and own client outcomes across multi-site engagements.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and travel to client sites in Sevenoaks, Leek, and occasional visits to the Bracknell head office. Collaborative across Client Services, Product, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience applying market measurement data including shopper.
• Ability to articulate complex technical knowledge in simple terms.
• Proven ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.
• Leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks both internally and externally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth by expanding relationships and aligning Circana data/solutions with strategic goals.
• Lead multi-threaded engagement to expand footprint and reduce dependency on single stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making and measurable outcomes.
• Conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Articulate the value of Circana services including Analytics, Shopper, Field and Technology Solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Stay current on trends in Retail, CPG, and client portfolio to position Circana as a thought leader.
• Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Utilize Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support engagements.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and account planning.
• Champion client success by addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
