Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Insight Manager for the Beauty team to deliver actionable insights for a portfolio of beauty clients. The role requires autonomy, problem-solving, and a track record of using insights to grow client businesses.

Travel to client sites and Circana head office in Bracknell is expected roughly once per month. You will be mentored and supported within an ambitious, development-focused team to become a high performer.

Qualifications

• Experience applying market measurement data.
• Able to articulate complex technical knowledge in simple terms.
• Proven ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients.
• Strong project and workload management with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute, analyse and present findings from insight projects with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Account Director/SIM to create client workshops based on briefs.
• Identify key insights by cutting through data to highlight what matters.
• Articulate value of Circana services (Analytics, Shopper, Field, Technology).
• Act as a business consultant to drive growth and efficiencies for clients.
• Manage day-to-day financial and contractual aspects of client work.
