Job summary

SMG in Nottingham is seeking an Insight Executive to join our agency partnership with BMG. You will lead analysis of campaigns, using Boots data and broader sources to uncover actionable insights and recommendations.

You'll transform complex data into clear client-ready stories, build dashboards in Power BI, and present findings to stakeholders. This role offers a hybrid, office-based schedule with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to turn complex analysis into a simple, compelling story.
• Experience building dashboards and visualising data using Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse campaign and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities and performance drivers for key brands.
• Bring together Boots first-party data, campaign results and wider insight sources to build a complete picture.
• Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters, translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Create compelling, client-ready presentations and dashboards.
• Manage insight projects from initial brief through to client delivery, keeping them on track against timelines.
• Quality-check analysis and outputs to maintain high standards.
• Build dashboards and tools that help client and campaign teams self-serve insights.
• Present findings and recommendations confidently to clients.
• Build strong relationships with BMG client teams, suppliers and wider stakeholders.
• Understand client objectives and make sure your insight answers the brief.
