Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an experienced Manager in the Business Transformation team to lead Power BI reporting and analytics engagements from data modelling to dashboards used by senior stakeholders. You will advise clients on data landscapes, shape roadmaps, and ensure delivery excellence through coaching and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record; degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Power BI expertise across end-to-end builds including data modelling, DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data lifecycle; ability to translate business questions into data requirements.
• Experience delivering Power BI and analytics projects for business stakeholders; leadership of workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of Power BI engagements, ownership of quality, timelines and budgets.
• Design and build high-quality Power BI solutions with robust data models and clear dashboards.
• Work with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and shape roadmaps.
• Set technical standards for Power BI across the team with templates and best practices.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, scoping and client presentations.
• Supervise, coach and develop consultants and analysts; build Power BI capability across the team.
