Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Insight and Evaluation Lead to shape how we use evidence to improve patient outcomes. You will partner with clinical, operational, improvement and digital teams to set measures, build theories of change and deliver robust evaluations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading insight and evaluation initiatives.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
• Experience working with clinical, operational and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of trust-wide insight and evaluation approaches.
• Design and deliver formative and summative evaluations using mixed methods.
• Translate performance and clinical data into clear insights with dashboards and visualisations for senior leaders.
• Develop advanced analytics and AI-focused solutions using agile ways of working.
• Line manage the Insight and Evaluation team, including planning and wellbeing.
• Build partnerships with universities and external networks and disseminate findings widely.
• Provide expert advice to executives on data insight and evaluation and deputise for Head of Data Insights when required.
• Ensure information governance and data protection across all activity.
