Job summary

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations and Nursing. This senior role provides executive leadership across nursing, allied health professionals and social care to deliver safe, effective, person‑centred care within a neighbourhood and place‑based model.

You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, influence system partners, and ensure governance, financial control and continuous improvement across a dynamic community health portfolio.

• Media training and understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

• Ability to travel using own transport or suitable alternative.
