OMD's Decisions Science team plays a vital role in helping our clients realize the full potential of their marketing, brand, and audiences. The Insight & Audience Analyst role is designed for someone passionate about analyzing data and research—whether through structured client projects or broader, self-driven insight generation. This role is ideal for someone curious, collaborative, and eager to explore how people and brands intersect.

As an Insight Analyst, you will contribute to research and analytics projects, supporting senior team members in delivering clear, consultative insights to clients and the agency. You will also take ownership of generating proactive insights by familiarizing yourself with the wide array of data sources, tools, and subscriptions available across OMD UK.

Your role will be pivotal in connecting insight across the agency, including Analytics, Research, Strategy, and Digital teams—ensuring data and tools are used effectively and insights are shared in a timely, actionable way.
