We're looking for a strategic, commercially-minded Senior E-commerce Insight Analyst to drive ASOS's business in the UK by uncovering high-value insights about our customers, their behaviors, and preferences. The role involves leveraging data to understand key drivers of business performance and profitability, and continually measuring the impact of initiatives to guide investment decisions.

You will utilize your analytical skills to uncover actionable insights across various functions, working closely with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be curious, possess strong business acumen, have a robust technical toolkit, and a passion for fashion.

The Details
  1. Combine market, customer, marketing, and assortment insights to create a comprehensive performance picture, proactively communicating key trends and opportunities to senior leadership.
  2. Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling (e.g., regression, clustering) to propose innovative solutions on topics like customer and product segmentation, aiding strategic decision-making.
  3. Dive into customer data to understand our audience deeply and use these insights to improve marketing strategies and customer experience.
  4. Identify performance trends, investigate drivers, and present findings with strategic, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Develop methodologies to measure the impact of initiatives across various areas affecting the customer journey and operations.
  6. Create key metrics and dashboards to monitor business health, measure success, and support strategic initiatives.
  7. Identify growth opportunities based on customer insights and market trends.
  8. Plan and prioritize work independently based on market strategy and priorities.
