Based in our London Battersea office on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week WFH), this role helps shape 5-star SharkNinja products by designing and executing consumer research across global markets, with a particular focus on UK and DACH regions.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies for product and marketing teams.
Represent global consumers, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
Track and synthesise historical data to inform product strategy and innovation.
Conduct research to support multi-region go-to-market strategies.
Moderate qualitative sessions (focus groups, IDIs) and manage surveys from end to end.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in market research or consumer insights, ideally in the CPG sector.
BA degree required; Master’s a plus.
Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).
Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication, time management, and insight storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and travel up to 10% (EU/US).
