The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insight Analyst to support the next phase of growth and innovation for Foundever’s English-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, naturally inquisitive, with exceptional problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will use your data analytics skills to analyze customer and colleague data to develop insights. These will enable our clients and operational teams to better understand customer behaviour, campaign performance, and make better, data-led decisions.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to deliver insights and recommendations, with opportunities to work across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis

• Analyze data sources and dashboards, provide insights to client and operational teams.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities supporting strategic initiatives.
• Develop and deliver presentations to translate complex analysis into clear, business-friendly language.
• Collaborate with BI & reporting teams to design and refine dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage our Insight services projects.
• Capture requirements, develop data sets, and dashboards to address specific problems.
• Present findings and suggest next steps or further analysis.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels, from Team Managers to C-suite.
• Act as a trusted advisor to operations and clients, leveraging data to meet their goals.

Continuous Improvement

• Support the CI team with developing solutions for client experience and operational challenges.
• Stay updated with latest analytical tools, techniques, and trends to enhance analysis impact and efficiency.

Your Profile and Experience

• 2+ years in analytics or business intelligence roles.
• At least 1 year working with contact centre data.
• Experience with SQL preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Basic to intermediate Power BI visualization skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: £40-50k, depending on experience.
