We're pleased to have an opportunity for a Data Insight Analyst to join our Digital, Technology & Data Analytics team in Basingstoke!

The Role:

As an Insight Analyst you'll be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that help shape key business decisions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will use advanced analytical techniques, statistical methods, and Power BI to uncover trends, improve services, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis using internal and external data, applying statistical techniques to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present findings using Power BI, creating interactive visualisations that empower stakeholders to explore and understand their data.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business challenges and provide solutions that drive impactful decision-making.
• Support a data-driven culture by helping stakeholders self-serve insights and engage with data intuitively.
• Contribute to the wider Data & Analytics team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches to problem-solving.

What We're Looking:

• Strong experience in data analytics using tools such as Power BI (DAX, M Language), R/Python, SQL.
• Ability to create compelling data stories that influence decision-making.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for sharing ideas and developing innovative data solutions.
