Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Telesales professional to support the external Sales Team by promoting lead generation and B2B solutions in HVAC and Process Cooling. You will build relationships with customers, sales engineers, and customer care teams to achieve targets.

Roles target Southampton, Birmingham or Bradford offices, and the role is on-site (5 days). You will learn solutions across process chillers, temperature control units, and related equipment while driving

Qualifications

Strong B2B sales or engineering knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to identify and target potential customers in HVAC and Process Cooling.
Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers in various industries requiring B2B lead generation solutions in HVAC and Process Cooling.
Assist Sales Engineers and Customer Care Teams with development and implementation of sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; update CRM with accurate data.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales.
Handle outbound sales calls with targets.
