With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, they strive to exceed expectations, providing a whole host of services within the Business Process Automation space.

The Role: They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join their growing internal sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers with the view to upselling services, working closely with the Field Sales team to co-ordinate appointments, aide marketing campaigns and support general administrative tasks when required.

Requirements to be considered for the Inside Sales role:

This company isn’t just about bringing people in with the “right experience” they are open to candidates from all types of backgrounds – with the right attitude to sales.

So if you are/ have:

  • B2B Customer Services background
  • Looking to move into a “soft sales” role from administration
  • A Recent Graduate
  • Telesales experienced looking to move out of an SDR role

And have:-

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
