Inside Sales Manager – Software

Location: Manchester

Role

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be managing a team of 8 – 10 inside sales executives. They are responsible for managing existing SME to Mid Market sized customers, focusing on upselling and cross selling. Your key focus is to manage, coach and develop the team and manage performance through targets and KPIs. Through inspirational leadership, you will drive high performance whilst fostering the company values which is being people focused, and people are at the heart of everything you do. This company provides exceptional accounting and financial software services to a variety of businesses such as retail, banks, manufacturing, engineering, industrial services, financial services, professional services. You will be part of a high performing successful team in Manchester and be responsible for

running the day to day inside sales team.

Requirements

·As an Inside Sales Manager – you will have a passion for driving sales as well as delivering excellent customer service.

·You must have managed a target driven inside sales team previously

·Must have a driving licence and own transport

Package

·£55,000-60,000 OTE £30,000 paid quarterly
