Requirements:

1. Degree in Marine Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or related fields. Marine construction experience and knowledge of techniques, equipment, and materials.
2. Proven experience in commercial estimating within the Maritime/Marine markets.
3. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills; excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
5. Languages are a bonus.
6. Willingness to travel.
7. Experience in dry docking, ship repair, or ship refurbishment in the marine services sector is highly desirable.
