As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be managing a team of 8 - 10 inside sales executives. They are responsible for managing existing SME to Mid Market sized customers, focusing on upselling and cross selling. Your key focus is to manage, coach and develop the team and manage performance through targets and KPIs. Through inspirational leadership, you will drive high performance whilst fostering the company values, which emphasize being people-focused and placing people at the heart of everything you do. This company provides exceptional accounting and financial software services to a variety of businesses such as retail, banks, manufacturing, engineering, industrial services, financial services, and professional services. You will be part of a high-performing, successful team in Manchester and will be responsible for running the day-to-day inside sales team.
