Internal Sales Manager - CRM & Lead Generation | Cardiff | £30-£35K


Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving new business through research, outreach & LinkedIn engagement

Booking qualified appointments with warm and cold leads

Managing HubSpot like a pro - ensuring data is clean, current, and actionable

Supporting email campaigns, events, and proposal creation

Acting as the first point of contact for early-stage client engagement
