Job summary

GMP Recruitment is recruiting an enthusiastic and commercially driven Internal Sales Executive in the Droitwich area for a well-established organisation.

You will maximise sales opportunities by following up with prospective customers, progressing quotations and supporting customers throughout their buying journey. NO COLD CALLING!

With a basic salary of £23,751 and an OTE of up to £38,000, this Monday-to-Friday role offers a clear commission structure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Confident and empathetic communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Experience in internal sales, telesales or telephone-based environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships and retain customers while meeting sales targets.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and use CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective customers identified through internal reports.
• Follow up quotations and enquiries to generate new sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellent service to new and existing customers.
• Create a smooth, professional customer journey and resolve objections to retain orders.
• Update daily sales figures and communicate results to managers.
• Occasionally attend other company sites or events.
