Job summary

Cameo Consultancy in Banbury is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join the UK headquartered sales team. This is a full-time, permanent, 100% office-based position at our Banbury location.

You will drive sales, manage existing accounts, and develop new business opportunities, handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close in a supportive, collaborative environment. Relevant CRM experience and a proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• CRM experience (Salesforce ideal) and solid Microsoft Office skills.
• Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and celebrating success together.

Responsibilities

• Proactively following up on open quotes, asset sample requests, abandoned shopping baskets, and other qualified sales leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Qualifying and contacting high-value warm leads.
• Proactively contacting relevant customers to capture follow-on business or resolve outstanding queries.
• Upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue and average order value from every interaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.
