Qualifications

• Proven sales experience from plan to closure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Motivated to sell to existing clients and generate new business.
• Professional personal presentation and attitude.
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing and selling to existing and prospective customers.
• Building understanding of customer applications and needs.
• Targeting new and existing products into all customer segments.
• Achieving turnover, profit, and margin targets set by management.
• Prospecting weekly to win new accounts and ensure business growth.
• Updating customer information via CRM (Orderwise).
• Interfacing with the Technical Department for information exchange.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Organising customer orders, deliveries, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Supporting stock takes and site preparations for audits.
