We have an exciting new opening for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our successful team in Stockport. The primary function of the role is to prepare technical Pressure Reducing and Relief Valve proposals by offering an engineered solution for customers’ applications, technically reviewing the process and managing customer orders. Working as part of the Inside Sales team, in conjunction with Field Sales, this role will be responsible for communicating with customers directly to prequalify enquiries, to ensure the customer receives the solution that fits their needs, then follow up on the quotation, sometimes in co-operation with Field Sales and clarify any queries.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Customer Inquiry Analysis & Proposal Development: Carefully analyze customer inquiries to understand their specific needs. Develop precise and thoughtful proposals that align with those requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales and Account Management to streamline sales strategies and customer engagements. Your role in these partnerships will be crucial for delivering cohesive and effective solutions.
• Order Accuracy & Management: Focus on the meticulous management of proposals and orders, ensuring every detail is correct and every process is followed to maintain the integrity and reliability of our sales operations.
• Relationship Support: Support the development of customer relationships through thoughtful communication and reliable follow-ups. Your contributions will help build a foundation of trust and respect with our clients.
