Job summary

SATIGO, a growing IT infrastructure business, seeks a proactive sales support professional in London. The role supports Account Managers and customers across orders, purchasing, suppliers and logistics.

You will process quotes, manage supplier relationships, coordinate deliveries and track orders to completion. A commercial mindset and organised approach are essential, with experience in related operations preferred.

• Experience in sales support, inside sales, purchasing, logistics or operations.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring for a growing, high-end IT infrastructure business based in Sloane Square. This is a varied commercial role supporting the sales operation across customer orders, purchasing, suppliers and logistics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing quotes and orders
• Managing purchasing and supplier relationships
• Coordinating deliveries and logistics
• Tracking orders through to completion
• Resolving issues and keeping customers updated

We’re looking for someone commercial organised and proactive with experience in sales support, inside sales, purchasing, logistics or operations. Technology/IT experience is useful but not essential.
