Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification quotas.
  2. Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations via outbound calls.
  3. Close deals over the phone.
  4. Assign leads to field sales team members or partners as directed.
  5. Record all interactions in CRM systems and report activity periodically.
  6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products.
