This is the job for you. We are a global Enterprise Software provider passionate about sustainability. We pride ourselves in providing the Papyrus Platform to our large corporate customers for their customer engagement and Omni-Channel communication projects in the UK and internationally.

As part of our growth, we seek an Inside Sales & Business Development professional to join our high-performing team. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, calling warm contacts, and generating leads. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Directors to research and identify new opportunities for Papyrus Software in related sectors.
  • Research prospects to gather relevant information, chase active projects, and speak to decision-makers to introduce Papyrus Software.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, LinkedIn, and email to introduce Papyrus and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of new market and client opportunities, including campaign-specific and self-generated leads.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and position Papyrus Software as the solution.
  • Maintain all client records in the company's CRM database.
  • Coordinate with international sales teams and Directors to ensure timely project execution.
Preferred Background:
  • BA level education with enterprise software experience.
  • Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customer personalities.
  • Efficient time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Research and problem-solving skills.
  • Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in enterprise software sales.
