About the role

We seek a talented sales and marketing analyst to execute prospecting initiatives aimed at increasing lead generation. As the first contact with prospects, the analyst will research leads, initiate relationships, and support sales closers.

You will generate marketing qualified leads, analyze and run prospecting drip campaigns, and follow up via LinkedIn. Strong communication skills and quick learning ability are essential to craft effective messages and create brand awareness.

MUST haves:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for prospecting and communication
  • Experience or understanding of FS domain, loan origination, mortgage, or secured lending is desirable
  • Exposure to AI/ML in loan origination is desirable
  • Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities

The individual will collaborate with sales & marketing to generate and nurture leads. Key activities include:

  • Generating leads and nurturing prospects
  • Managing a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Scheduling meetings between prospects and sales leaders
  • Analyzing and running prospecting campaigns on Freshsales
  • Following up with prospects
  • Developing strategies to generate new MQLs
  • Running LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
  • Refining the lead generation playbook

Desired Skills and Background

  • Passion for sales & marketing
  • Knowledge of mortgage and secured lending
  • History of exceeding lead targets
  • Knowledge of sales & marketing automation
  • SaaS sales and marketing experience is desirable
  • Understanding of business and technology
  • MBA in marketing or 6 months B2B sales experience is an advantage
  • Final-year MBA students are encouraged to apply
