Partnership Recruiting is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our Inverness-based team. You will nurture existing customers, spot new sales opportunities, and deliver high-quality service throughout the sales process.

We value confident communicators with a proactive approach to building relationships, negotiating prices, and meeting sales targets in a dynamic commercial environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, account management, telesales or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach to developing business and building customer relationships.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to work towards sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Handling incoming enquiries and preparing competitive quotations.
• Negotiating prices and securing sales while maintaining profitability.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and services.
• Following up quotations and sales opportunities.
• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Resolving customer queries and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve sales targets.
• Keeping up to date with market conditions, pricing and competitor activity.
• Supporting the general administration involved in the sales process.
