Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Wards at Potters Bar Community Hospital. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to assess, treat and discharge plan for patients, providing patient-centred rehab and maintaining accurate records.

This Band 5 role involves autonomous caseload management, adherence to professional standards, and active participation in CPD and service audits to improve outcomes in West

Qualifications

• Essentials: OT degree and HCPC registration with CPD record.
• Experience applying the OT process in a clinical setting.
• MDT involvement and discharge planning experience.
• Ability to work to professional standards and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT assessment and treatment for referred patients.
• Manage a caseload autonomously with documentation.
• Contribute to MDT delivering OT services in West Hertfordshire.
• Develop relationships with referring services for referrals.
• Engage in CPD, in-service training, audits and research.
