Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation at Athlone Rehabilitation Unit with cross-cover to Alexandra Rehab Unit. You will work in a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence‑based OT assessments and treatments to help clients regain independence.

Applicants should hold a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration, with commitment to person-centred practice and ongoing professional development across

Qualifications

• A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy is essential.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council is essential.
• RCOT membership is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
• Assess performance and develop person-centred plans.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate rehabilitation programmes.
• Assess home environments and recommend equipment.
• Support independence and safe discharge.
• Collaborate with MDT and support CPD.
