Nuffield Health at Vale Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Physiotherapy Lead to manage the inpatient team and deliver high-quality clinical care. You will lead, motivate and supervise staff while maintaining strong patient-focused service delivery in a hospital setting.

The role involves clinical work, leadership responsibilities, and collaboration with hospital teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience in hospital setting and people management desired.
• Demonstrable passion for excellence and driving standards.
• Proactive, adaptable and innovative mindset.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service and escalation handling.
• Ability to prioritise and manage varied workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inpatient physiotherapy service and supervise the team.
• Deliver clinical care for patients alongside leadership duties.
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure best practice.
• Drive quality service improvements and outcomes.
• Integrate with wider hospital teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain HIW standards and conduct risk assessments.
• Oversee recruitment and HR responsibilities.
