Job summary

Nuffield Health Vale Hospital in Wales is seeking an Inpatient Physiotherapy Lead on a part-time basis. You will lead the inpatient physiotherapy service, ensuring delivery of high‑quality clinical care and effective treatment planning.

You will manage the inpatient team rota, supervise staff, work with consultants to ensure best practice, and drive service improvements. HCPC registration and a BSc in Physiotherapy are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with BSc in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Prior inpatient/leadership experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inpatient physiotherapy service to deliver high-quality clinical care.
• Manage, supervise and motivate the inpatient team and rota.
• Collaborate with Consultants and wider hospital teams to optimise outcomes.
• Drive quality improvement and maintain HIW standards.
